AGB has completed the choice phase and enters the heart of the matter. SAGE ERP X3 has been selected and will be deployed on all the Group units with an early switch in July 2012 for AGB and AGBI than in January 2013 for MPV.
Crédit Agricole Private Equity has invested, through LCL Régions Développement fund, 1.5 M€ in an OBO operation with AEMI company which is a group specialized in precision industrial mechanics market. Dominique Guichené, President and unique Group share holder, keeps the capital majority.
